A company is looking for an Appeals Nurse Consultant (Remote) to
process Medicare appeals for participating providers.
Key Responsibilities
Process medical necessity of Medicare appeals
Request and analyze clinical information while applying Medicare
guidelines
Navigate multiple computer systems in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
3+ years of clinical experience
Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence
Associates Degree minimum required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Managed Care, Utilization Management, Appeals, Pre Certification,
or Pre Authorization experience preferred
