A company is looking for a Specialist, Professional Development
Design, Biliteracy.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the development of professional development experiences for
biliteracy products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver
high-quality training programs
Continuously gather and analyze feedback to improve training
content and experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of PreK-12 bilingual
classroom teaching experience
At least 2+ years of experience designing and facilitating
professional development sessions in English and Spanish
Proven knowledge of adult learning principles
Strong knowledge of best practices for implementing high-quality
literacy instruction
Fluent in written and spoken academic Spanish
