Under the direct supervision of the nutritional services manager or supervisor, the nutritional services worker/Utility, performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties. -Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Uses dish machine and dish chemicals appropriately.
• Washes specified items by hand, i.e., pots, pans, knives, etc.
• Disposes of trash and garbage in appropriate manner and as needed.
• Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment and areas including carts, storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, and floors.
