Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel (Commercial
Transactions) to join its Legal Team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and negotiate complex commercial agreements to support
strategic initiatives and revenue growth
Serve as a trusted advisor to various internal teams, providing
business-oriented legal counsel
Develop training and process improvement initiatives to enhance
efficiency in legal and business activities
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
Admitted to bar in a U.S. state with good standing
10+ years of experience in commercial and technology contracting,
both in-house and at law firms
SaaS or public company experience preferred; HCM or fintech
industry experience a plus
Experience negotiating complex sales, marketing, or partner
agreements
