Senior Database Architect

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Database Architect to oversee a complex database platform for a foundational product.

Key Responsibilities

Own the architecture and operational support for a large database platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions and improvements
Monitor performance, respond to incidents, and lead restoration activities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of SQL Server DBA and database architecture experience
Experience with SQL Server AlwaysOn Availability Groups and Replication Services
Knowledge of Azure database technologies such as Azure SQL Database
Strong T-SQL and stored procedure skills
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science or related field
