Job Description:

The Applied Companies has partnered with a local health center for a Part Time opportunity that will assist at the Front Desk/Reception area. - You will assist the in the care of clients, including the documentation of medical history and answering phones. - If you are looking to enter the medical field, and need four-hour days, let's talk! Responsibilities Include: -

• Assist in Client check out procedures such as processing invoices, re-scheduling patients, answering all client questions and incoming calls in a timely manner and with a friendly tone
• Schedule client appointments, order labs, radiological tests as needed and follow up on results
• Responsible for obtaining client's medical records from other providers and making it readily available to the care team
• Responsible for providing new patient documents and information needed for first wellness visit
• Answer client questions via phone, and e-mail
• Schedule appointments using online scheduling system
• Maintain office records and client files
• Scan daily transaction documents
• Assist in additional tasks as needed Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or relevant qualification
  • Communication experience via phone and email
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and Google Suites (including Gmail)
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities This has potential to be a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. Days/Hours are: Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-2pm
