Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager - ServiceNow
Development to lead a team focused on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of ServiceNow
developers
Implement and maintain development standards and governance
processes across the ServiceNow platform
Lead project planning, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure
successful project delivery
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a
related field, or equivalent experience
ITIL Certification - Minimum V3 Foundation
5+ years management experience leading development teams
Demonstrable knowledge of the ITSM framework (ITIL) and Agile
methodologies
ServiceNow Development experience, particularly in JavaScript,
HTML/CSS, and relevant programming languages
