Job Description:
Great Company with excellent benefits has an immediate need for
a relocation coordinator, who is customer-focused and
results-oriented; to join our Relocation team. Candidate will be
responsible for the proper placement and tracking of referrals as
well as local travel to our branch offices to provide agent
training seminars. Must be able to successfully communicate and
consult with real estate agents, brokers, customers and relocation
department contacts to understand client needs and effectively
place referrals. Must enjoy and excel at public speaking, helping
others and be empathetic, a good problem-solver, as well as
detail-oriented, persistent and able to work in a fast-paced
environment. Candidate must possess excellent phone, follow-up and
organizational skills. Previous Real Estate or Title experience and
active CA Real Estate License or pending classes preferred.
Basic Skills/Qualifications:
Requirements include: HS diploma or equivalent, 2 years Relocation
or Real Estate experience, proven ability to lead a training class
and/or public speaking seminars, proven ability to build skillful
PowerPoint presentations, proven ability to combine raw data into a
comprehensive spreadsheet, proficient with MS Office Suite, general
administrative experience, desire to promote Best Practices,
ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate various assignments
while maintaining poise and excellent customer service, ability to
be proactive and work independently, strong organizational, time
