Job Description:
This office administrator Position Features:
Participate in communications between management and field staff
while providing a consistent, dedicated point of contact for
service customers.
Duties:
Record and dispatch service/customer requests
Generate quotes
Perform shipping and receiving
Maintain vendor, customer and projects files
Assist with and perform input for quarterly inventory
Skills/Qualifications:
Previous (1 - 2 years) administrative assistant experience
Prefer 1 - 2 years Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Some accounting/inventory experience would be a
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
