Looking for a Data Entry Administrative for a licensing department.
Initially this person will heavily support our two Licensing
Coordinators with on boarding new sales associates and processing
transfers in our database. This will require accurate attention to
detail as well as the ability to learn the different requirements
within each state (CA, CO, UT) in regards to paperwork. Once fully
trained on Licensing the employee will begin supporting the
Executive Administrative team with various administrative tasks.
This position has lots of room for growth with an awesome training
opportunity. The administrator will be responsible for supporting
the team and learning the industry and more. They will also be
responsible for conducting document preparation, scheduling
meetings, event and catering coordination, A/P and A/R, running
various reports, maintaining office supply inventory and office
equipment, planning and execution of training events and drafting
correspondence. Successful traits are being professional with
excellent customer service skills and being able to communicate
with all levels of the organization. This position requires a
self-starter who is organized, multi-task oriented and able to
maintain confidential information. Position requires proficiency
with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet skills.
Successful candidate will demonstrate strong confidence and the
ability to take initiative, be deadline driven and have the ability
to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining
confidentiality and providing great attention to detail.
