Job Description:
Seeking an Office Assistant that has at least 1 year recent
experience supporting an Office Manager in a corporate office.
Ideal candidate must be able to multi task, have excellent phone
etiquette, intermediate in Microsoft Office products, and great
customer service skills. Will be answering phones, data entry,
scheduling appointments, and assisting customers when they walk
into the office. This company is medium sized and is a fast paced
environment. 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
