Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sourcing - Materials Commodity
Productivity Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Own the commodity productivity KPI/metric and lead cost strategy
creation
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve commodity targets and manage
top cost initiatives
Engage with internal and external resources to accelerate cost
productivity projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a
high school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience in
Manufacturing
At least 5 years of experience in Sourcing and Materials
Management
Experience with closed die forgings, isothermal forgings, and metal
reclamation processes
Working knowledge of source controlled drawings and their
implications on sourcing changes
Established project management skills
